The Hierarchy in ASURA


Board Member: a leader of the company, actions limited only by their own peers
  • delegate authority to trustworthy, willing members
  • designate roles on which officers concentrate efforts
  • administrate ASURA daily
  • moderate ASURA forums, discussions and encourage feeback/debate
  • schedule events for instances, meetings and other activities
  • ensure ASURA has good public standing through member behaviour
  • expand and delegate authority among members as membership grows
  • NOTE: limited to no more than 8 active Board Members.

Officer: deputy of one or more Board Members with roles more clearly specified.
  • pursue their defined role withint he company as described by the Board Members
  • regularly check and update the website about matters of importance
  • moderate forums, posts, comments and other broadcasts on the site
  • recruit those who illustrate a capacity for loyalty and kindness
  • provide assistance to members striving to reach endgame content
  • organise crafters and gatherers to seamlessly coordinate materials
  • officlal scribe of raids: instance, members, time, value, drops, etc.

Trustee: a member proven worthy & afforded full rights, now should actively aide Officer(s)
  • help officers find new, kind-hearted and fun-loving players who may join our ranks
  • keep order in the ever-changing miasma that is called the Free Company Chest
  • provide assistance to any member requesting aid when free time permits.
  • request whether Officers need assistance any specific or generic responsibility

Member: a standard member of ASURA with limited company chest access.
  • submit regular donations of materials you do not need to the Company Chest
  • participate on the Guildwork website, forums, schedule, raid tracker and wikis
  • try working with an officer or trustee on matters of important to the Company

NOTE: All ranks from Board Member down to Officer MUST use very secure means of accessing the game – security tokens, 18+ digit/letter/punctuation passwords, security software and protection mechanisms to prevent any of your private information for FFXIV being hijacked.
